- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings.
