  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of affiliate partners to ensure high retention and engagement.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commission models to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Create marketing materials and provide training sessions to empower affiliates to promote products effectively.
  • Identify emerging trends and competitive strategies within the affiliate marketing landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and creative, to support affiliate needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, etc.).
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
