- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with the company's product roadmap and market expansion goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the food science sector.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to translate technical product capabilities into compelling value propositions for potential clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Represent Alternatives Food Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and report on pipeline performance to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree in Food Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in a sales, business development, or technical sales role within the food manufacturing or ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding of food processing, product development, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, commercial language.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
