- Develop and execute sales strategies for dialysis products in the Kalimantan region
- Build relationships with nephrologists, dialysis center managers, and procurement specialists
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training for healthcare professionals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for regional management
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and events
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Proven track record in dialysis or renal care equipment sales preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the Kalimantan region
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
