- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs
- Optimize ETL processes and data warehouse structures for enhanced reporting efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear, compelling visualizations
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks based on evolving business needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with database querying and optimization
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
