Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-impact business strategies to enhance operational efficiency across business units.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead strategic projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring measurable performance improvements.
- Analyze key business metrics and present data-driven recommendations to senior executive leadership.
- Support the monitoring of portfolio company performance and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Facilitate communication between regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on corporate initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable overseas university.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth business operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements or extracurricular initiatives.
