Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a highly organized Business Process & SOP Support specialist for our NewCo CNN project. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining our operational workflows, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across our manufacturing and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting internal processes, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and working closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale project management while contributing to the foundational success of our organization in Jakarta.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational departments.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to document workflows and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor adherence to established SOPs through regular audits and performance reviews.
- Create clear, user-friendly process documentation, manuals, and instructional guides for employees.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops to ensure team understanding of updated protocols.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or workflows by providing support and feedback to the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business process improvement, operations support, or quality assurance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio/Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple instructions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
