Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized logistics solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and present comprehensive business proposals and pricing strategies to potential clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate closely with the operations department to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and market analysis for management review.
- Participate in business development meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
