Are you passionate about logistics optimization and data-driven decision-making? Shopee is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Solutions Specialist to join our SPX Express team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, responsible for analyzing end-to-end performance and driving strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks, develop scalable solutions, and execute process improvements. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and possesses the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive end-to-end analysis of SPX Express operations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and present data-backed recommendations to optimize logistical processes and cost-efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of operational initiatives, monitoring KPIs to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Warehouse, Fleet, Last Mile, and IT) to align operational objectives.
- Analyze performance dashboards and reports to identify trends, outliers, and potential service failures.
- Standardize operational workflows to ensure consistency and excellence across the service network.
- Participate in high-impact projects designed to scale SPX Express’s market presence and operational speed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project management within the logistics or e-commerce sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with high proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
