Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for digital transformation projects.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Design system flows, data models, and user interfaces in collaboration with developers.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to clarify objectives and scope.
- Perform gap analysis to recommend improvements in existing business processes and IT systems.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful system deployment.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented business systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Business or Systems Analyst within an IT consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (UML, BPMN).
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
