In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating procurement costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure the availability of electronic components and raw materials.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking vendor lead times.
- Analyze market trends and vendor performance to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Production, Planning, and Quality Control departments.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and mitigate risks associated with material shortages.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on OSI Electronics' stringent reliability and quality criteria.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the electronics manufacturing or EMS industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated analytical capability with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
