Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing requirements align with project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Officer, or in a similar supply chain role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a remote or challenging location.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of engineering materials and components is a significant advantage.
