In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing high-quality products from suppliers to meet our diverse customer demands. You will act as a vital bridge between local markets and international vendors, ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with market trends.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers for various product categories to ensure a diverse and competitive inventory.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFQ (Request for Quotation) management, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities to recommend strategic purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination between sourcing and shipping.
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve any supply chain discrepancies or quality issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication with suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple orders and deadlines.
- Familiarity with logistics and international trade regulations is a plus.
