Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and execution of procurement documents and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and compliance with service level agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify material requirements and procurement timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement databases and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies in pricing, quality, or delivery schedules.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and terms to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Support the procurement manager in strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within the manufacturing or agribusiness sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling procurement documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle supply chain challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Sampit, Kalimantan Tengah.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic proficiency in English.
