PT Mulia Raya Agrijaya is a dynamic leader in the agricultural trade and distribution industry. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer Supervisor to join our growing team in Cengkareng, Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our international supply chain operations, directly supporting the Head of Buyer in sourcing high-quality imported fruits to meet the demands of our diverse market.
As our Buyer Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for international supplier relations. You will utilize your language expertise to bridge communication gaps, negotiate competitive terms, and identify new sourcing opportunities that align with our quality standards. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong grasp of procurement strategies, international trade regulations, and a passion for the agricultural sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Buyer in developing and executing strategic procurement plans for imported fruits.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and vet potential new international suppliers.
- Initiate and lead primary negotiations with overseas suppliers to secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Monitor global market trends and price fluctuations to optimize sourcing costs.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing international vendors to ensure supply consistency.
- Coordinate with logistics and quality control teams to oversee the end-to-end import procurement process.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sourcing performance, supplier metrics, and procurement forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Must possess professional proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (essential for supplier communication).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, preferably within the food or agricultural industry.
- Proven track record in successful negotiation and international trade processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sourcing trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya.
