Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end buying operation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of procurement requests.
- Oversee accounts payable workflows, including invoice processing, verification, and reconciliation with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement policies and improve operational turnaround times.
- Monitor and analyze spending patterns to provide actionable insights for business development leaders.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal financial controls and procurement regulations.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and manage vendor inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all buying activities and financial transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, procurement, or accounts payable, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
