In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless daily operation of our parking facilities, maintaining high standards of service, and optimizing income reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor parking system hardware and network connectivity to ensure 100% uptime and minimal service disruptions.
- Oversee daily income reporting, ensuring financial reconciliation matches actual traffic volume captured by the system.
- Coordinate and lead onsite parking staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure parking areas are clean, safe, and well-organized for visitors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving system errors or technical bottlenecks in real-time.
- Analyze daily traffic data to identify trends and provide actionable reports to management for operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company security and safety protocols across all parking zones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management, parking operations, or retail logistics.
- Proficient in using Parking Management Systems (PMS) and network monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for numerical accuracy and report generation.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing small to medium-sized operational teams.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 commercial operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
