Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient transportation within the hospital facility
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Support patients with nutritional needs as directed by healthcare professionals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient care desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role including lifting and assisting patients
