Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective, timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times and satisfaction scores.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications align with our company values of warmth and intention.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment of at least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive client relationships.
