Tanggung Jawab
- Execute both rough and finished carpentry tasks, including framing, flooring, and drywall installation.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to plan and execute work accurately.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other construction materials to precise dimensions.
- Assemble and install structures, fixtures, and custom cabinetry.
- Repair and maintain existing woodwork, furniture, and building structures.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, managing tools and materials efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Carpentry or Construction.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in carpentry and construction.
- Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders.
- Physical stamina and strength required for standing, lifting, and working at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid government ID and proof of eligibility to work in the Philippines.
