Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated Case Palletizer machines to ensure efficient stacking of products according to specifications.
- Manage and maintain Auto Labeling machines, ensuring all finished goods are accurately identified and tracked.
- Oversee Auto Wrapping equipment to secure pallets for safe transportation and storage.
- Perform regular quality checks on packaging and pallet integrity to meet company standards.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on downstream machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless product transition.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to 5S and K3 (Health and Safety) protocols.
- Document production outputs and machine performance logs accurately throughout the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School or Vocational School (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proven experience operating Palletizer, Auto Labeling, or Auto Wrapping machines is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work in a shift-based system and perform well under production targets.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for technical machine issues.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial plant environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
