Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Cash Center Head in the day-to-day operational management of the cash center.
- Ensure strict adherence to all established cash handling policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Oversee the accurate receipt, dispatch, inventory, and replenishment of cash and other valuables.
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation activities and prepare comprehensive reports to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and enforce security protocols and measures to protect cash center assets and personnel.
- Prepare and submit various operational reports, including cash position, transaction summaries, and compliance status.
- Liaise with internal departments, branches, and external armored car services to ensure smooth cash flow and logistics.
- Identify potential risks and operational inefficiencies, proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cash management, banking operations, or a similar role within a financial institution.
- Demonstrated understanding of cash handling procedures, security measures, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate reconciliation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and analysis.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and high-security environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Philippine banking laws and regulations related to cash operations is highly desirable.
