Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cash intake, disbursement, and reconciliation processes with high precision.
- Process incoming and outgoing financial transactions while maintaining detailed logs.
- Verify and document cash balances, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure seamless end-of-period financial closures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive financial information and assets.
- Assist in the implementation of improved cash handling workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in cash handling, treasury, or general accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and financial management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive numerical tasks with high accuracy.
- Integrity, reliability, and the ability to maintain professional discretion at all times.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to report financial findings clearly.
