In this role, you will be the backbone of our distribution operations, ensuring that all financial transactions, document processing, and inventory records are handled with precision. You will play a critical role in reconciling daily transactions, managing essential shipping documentation, and supporting our logistics team to ensure seamless product distribution. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process essential shipping documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Surat Jalan (SJ), invoices, and return manifests.
  • Execute precise data entry and real-time updates of distribution transaction records in the internal system.
  • Handle daily cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Monitor and verify stock movement documentation to align with warehouse distribution outputs.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to resolve discrepancies in delivery documentation.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports regarding daily transactions for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and audit standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, cashiering, or logistics operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Willing to be based in Batang, Jawa Tengah.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily operational deadlines.
