As the primary point of contact for financial transactions, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational workflows and maintaining excellent service standards for our diverse clientele.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable handling cash and digital payments, and possess excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and Mandarin. Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
- Handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets, with high precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in both Indonesian and Mandarin.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout environment.
- Prepare daily sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics and administrative support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Front Office, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including potential shifts as required by operations.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
