Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to ensure centre growth and operational profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Monitor and manage daily centre operations, including facility maintenance and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve centre efficiency and outreach.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the centre in alignment with company goals.
- Organize and oversee local marketing initiatives to boost enrolment and brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operational complexities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools.
