Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections and audits on garment products to ensure compliance with adidas standards
- Implement and monitor technical compliance procedures across manufacturing processes
- Support sample development evaluation and approval for new product lines
- Document quality control findings and maintain accurate inspection records
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train production staff on quality standards and compliance requirements
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct factory assessments as needed
Kualifikasi
- Certified Factory Technician (CFT) certification or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in garment manufacturing
- Strong understanding of adidas production standards and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and inspection techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production documents
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
