- Coordinate and implement chapter-level disaster preparedness and emergency response programs
- Conduct community risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for natural disasters
- Train volunteers and community members in first aid, safety protocols, and disaster response procedures
- Manage emergency resources and coordinate rapid deployment during disaster events
- Collaborate with local government agencies and NGOs to enhance regional disaster resilience
- Document incident reports, maintain disaster databases, and analyze response effectiveness

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Social Work, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community service, emergency management, or humanitarian response
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, or disaster response management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate multi-agency initiatives
- Excellent communication skills for community engagement and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure with demonstrated crisis management capabilities
