Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record daily operational bus activities in the field to ensure schedule adherence.
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of bus units before and after operations.
- Coordinate with drivers and ground staff to streamline boarding and departure processes.
- Report any operational discrepancies, mechanical issues, or passenger concerns to the management team immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and local transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all field-based operational activities.
- Provide support for special assignments and deployments at various Hiba Utama branch locations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in bus operations or a related logistics/transportation field is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and willingness to work in outdoor field environments.
- Must be comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule (including weekends and holidays).
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional discipline.
- Ability to travel and be assigned to various Hiba Utama branch offices across Indonesia as required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
