Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control process equipment parameters to maintain optimal production conditions
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant machinery and systems
- Respond promptly to operational alarms and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company procedures
- Document operational data and prepare daily production reports
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and shutdowns
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in chemical plant operations or industrial manufacturing
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and emergency procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and P&IDs
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Physical ability to work in outdoor/industrial environments
- Valid certifications in HAZMAT handling or industrial safety are advantageous
