Tanggung Jawab
- Provide specialized technical support to the Sales Team for client consultations and product inquiries
- Manage laboratory operations in compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14000 safety standards
- Conduct chemical testing, analysis, and quality control procedures for raw materials and products
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure calibration, and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Document all laboratory activities, test results, and safety protocols according to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues
- Stay current with industry regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in oil or chemical manufacturing
- Certification in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14000 standards implementation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision in testing procedures
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills for technical support and client interactions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
