Dover Chemical is seeking a meticulous and analytical Chemist – QA/QC to join our expanding manufacturing facility in Cilegon. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance strategy, ensuring that all chemical processes and raw materials meet the highest global standards for safety, efficacy, and industrial performance.
You will work in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, conducting comprehensive testing from the raw material phase through to the finished product. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with high-precision analytical instrumentation, and dedicated to maintaining a safe, efficient laboratory workflow in alignment with our stringent compliance protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic physical and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished chemical products.
- Verify and validate analytical methods to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of test results.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instrumentation to ensure continuous operational readiness and compliance.
- Document all laboratory results accurately in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
- Analyze deviations and investigate root causes for out-of-specification (OOS) results.
- Ensure the laboratory environment complies with internal safety, health, and environmental policies.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals and reagents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a QA/QC chemical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques (e.g., Titration, Chromatography, Spectrophotometry).
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001/14001 or similar quality management systems is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based capacity with high personal accountability.
