Tanggung Jawab
- Organize, set up, and execute experimental trials and tests under the guidance of senior chemists and engineers.
- Accurately collect, record, and interpret experimental data, maintaining detailed laboratory notebooks.
- Assist in the analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality and performance standards.
- Contribute to drawing robust conclusions from experimental results and prepare initial reports or summaries.
- Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and present findings or progress updates as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Support the development, optimization, and scale-up of new formulations and processes.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge of chemical principles, laboratory techniques, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, either through academic coursework, projects, or previous internships.
