Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for middle and high school chemistry.
- Conduct safe, engaging, and educational laboratory experiments to demonstrate chemical principles.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback for growth.
- Integrate modern educational technologies and pedagogical tools to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages scientific inquiry and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to cross-pollinate ideas and support school-wide academic initiatives.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide regular updates on student progress and behavioral development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemistry Education, or a closely related field.
- Relevant teaching certification or a strong background in pedagogical methodologies.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Proven experience in teaching chemistry at the secondary level.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse learners.
