Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures tailored specifically to the garment manufacturing and textile industry.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and international trade standards.
- Monitor and analyze changes in local Indonesian regulations and global compliance trends to update internal policies proactively.
- Lead investigations into potential breaches of compliance and coordinate effective remediation actions.
- Train management, supervisors, and factory staff on compliance matters, fostering a culture of ethical conduct and risk awareness.
- Liaise with government bodies, external auditors, and industry partners to maintain a positive compliance standing.
- Ensure supply chain transparency and verify that ethical sourcing practices are maintained throughout the production process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5-8+ years) in a senior compliance role within the garment manufacturing or textile industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and international labor standards (e.g., ILO conventions, SEDEX).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, factory compliance, and sustainability requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CSCP, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence cross-functional teams.
