The Provincial Government of Catanduanes is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief of Hospital I to lead our healthcare facility in the Bicol Region. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the overall clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services to the local community.
As the Chief of Hospital, you will spearhead strategic healthcare initiatives, manage hospital resources effectively, and foster a collaborative environment among medical, nursing, and administrative staff. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with health standards, improving patient outcomes, and advancing the healthcare capabilities of our provincial facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all hospital clinical and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement policies to improve healthcare delivery, patient safety, and clinical efficiency.
- Manage the hospital's annual budget, resource allocation, and facility maintenance protocols.
- Supervise the performance of medical staff, department heads, and administrative personnel to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with provincial health offices and local government units to align hospital goals with regional public health objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to DOH and Civil Service Commission standards and licensing requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate hospital performance metrics to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Physician with a valid PRC license.
- Relevant post-graduate degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a clinical leadership or hospital management role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine healthcare laws, DOH regulations, and public sector governance.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing interdisciplinary teams and complex operational processes.
- Civil Service Eligibility (Professional) or equivalent for provincial government positions.
