Reolink Technology is a leading innovator in the security camera industry, and we are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our executive team. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our global operations, customer data, and intellectual property against evolving cyber threats. Given our focus on IoT and smart home security, you will play a critical role in defining how we secure connected devices and cloud infrastructure. We need a leader who is not only technically proficient but also possesses a strong business acumen to integrate security into every facet of our product lifecycle. You will oversee a dedicated security team, manage crisis response, and ensure compliance with international data protection regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee cybersecurity and physical security operations, specifically focusing on IoT device security and cloud infrastructure protection.
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for security breaches and cyberattacks.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans to ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security-by-design principles into new camera and smart home technologies.
- Manage third-party security vendors and oversee the management of physical security systems in manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or executive capacity.
- Proven experience in the consumer electronics, IoT, or security technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and security compliance standards.
- Expert knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), encryption, and identity management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are mandatory.
