Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging Christian Religion lessons tailored to students' grade levels.
- Perform administrative duties related to the religion department, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Organize and coordinate school-wide religious activities, chapel services, and spiritual retreats.
- Mentor students on Christian values and provide pastoral care when needed.
- Collaborate with the administration to develop and update religious curriculum materials.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding students' spiritual progress.
- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new teaching staff within the religion department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Christian Studies, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Christian education or church leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural school environment.
- Passion for fostering spiritual growth and student development.
