As our PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement lean manufacturing principles, and foster a culture of constant optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement projects across the production facility.
- Apply the PDCA cycle to identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to engage employees in improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols throughout all process changes.
- Coordinate with department heads to streamline operational workflows and reduce waste (Lean Manufacturing).
- Prepare detailed reports on improvement progress and efficiency gains for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Quality Control, or Production Planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies.
- Proven analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or ERP systems).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment based in Sumedang.
