Mulia Boga Raya is seeking a dedicated and analytical CI - PDCA Officer to join our growing team in Sumedang. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across the manufacturing floor using the PDCA methodology.
- Analyze production workflows and identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to develop and sustain improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and data analysis to monitor process performance and compliance.
- Train and mentor operational staff on Lean tools, CI concepts, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations to track KPIs and improvement progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong working knowledge of the PDCA cycle, 5S, and Lean principles.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Minitab.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-departmental teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
