As a Supervisor, you will lead frontline staff, manage facility standards, and optimize inventory workflows. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily cinema floor operations to ensure strict adherence to company service standards and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels for concession items, retail goods, and F&B products, including stock tracking and reporting.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor frontline cinema staff to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Monitor cinema equipment status, including projection and sound systems, and coordinate maintenance as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop and implement operational workflows to optimize efficiency during peak hours and special events.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports regarding sales performance, operational issues, and inventory audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Retail or Cinema Operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse/stock control best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a customer-centric environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for operational detail.
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
