Shopee is seeking a dedicated City Operations Lead to oversee our SPX Express operations across the Kalimantan region. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our delivery network, ensuring that millions of parcels reach our customers efficiently, safely, and on time.
You will lead local teams to streamline warehouse-to-doorstep processes, manage last-mile logistics performance, and implement strategic initiatives to minimize operational risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor daily operations for SPX Express hubs within the designated Kalimantan territory.
- Ensure 100% adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain delivery speed and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively manage warehouse staff and delivery partners to optimize throughput and route efficiency.
- Implement stringent security and quality control measures to reduce parcel loss and damage rates significantly.
- Analyze operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory flow and last-mile dispatch schedules to meet peak demand requirements.
- Foster a culture of safety and performance within the local workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing field operations or hub teams.
- Deep understanding of logistics networks, last-mile delivery challenges, and route optimization software.
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to be stationed in or travel extensively across Kalimantan.
