As a City Operations expert, you will be the boots-on-the-ground force ensuring that ShopeeFood maintains its competitive edge. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics, optimizing delivery performance, and ensuring that our merchant and driver partners are operating at peak efficiency. We are looking for a candidate who combines analytical rigor with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You must possess a comprehensive understanding of the Malang area to navigate local challenges and capitalize on regional growth opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure seamless food delivery services in the Malang region.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with local merchant partners and the delivery driver fleet.
- Monitor supply and demand balance to ensure optimal delivery times and high customer satisfaction levels.
- Identify and troubleshoot real-time operational bottlenecks and logistics challenges.
- Collaborate with the national operations team to align local execution with broader company goals.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand local market trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within the e-commerce or food delivery industry.
- Deep, comprehensive knowledge of the Malang region, including local geography and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational management software.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
