Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and oversee construction projects including roads, irrigation channels, and bridges.
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with project blueprints and technical specifications.
- Conduct structural analysis and prepare engineering reports to address technical site challenges.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure timely material procurement and site readiness.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to prevent cost overruns.
- Supervise on-site teams, providing technical guidance and performance monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy civil construction (Roads, Irrigation, Bridges).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software.
- Strong understanding of local Indonesian construction regulations and standards (SNI).
- Proven ability to manage remote or field-based construction teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Possession of SKA (Sertifikat Keahlian) is highly preferred.
