We are seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Manager to oversee infrastructure integrity at our client's advanced manufacturing plant specializing in chemical polyester production. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all civil maintenance activities including structural inspections, repair scheduling, and preventive maintenance programs
- Manage and mentor maintenance teams while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Develop and execute maintenance budgets, optimizing resource allocation for cost-effective operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and external contractors for seamless project execution
- Implement digital maintenance management systems for real-time monitoring and reporting
- Lead emergency response protocols for critical infrastructure failures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and asset longevity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of civil maintenance experience in manufacturing/chemical plant environments
- Professional certification in maintenance management or civil engineering (e.g., PMP, CRL)
- Proven expertise in budget management and cost optimization for infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and industrial safety standards
- Advanced proficiency in CAD/BIM software and maintenance management systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing technical teams of 10+ personnel
