As a Claim Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating Non-Motor insurance claims, including but not limited to Property, Marine, Liability, and Personal Accident lines. You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline the settlement process, providing exceptional service to our policyholders while maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Review, analyze, and process Non-Motor insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage eligibility and verify the validity of submitted claims.
- Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, and internal departments to gather essential evidence and documentation.
- Calculate and recommend appropriate claim settlements while adhering to internal guidelines and authority levels.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with policyholders, brokers, and external vendors throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Ensure all claim documentation and records are accurately maintained in the system for audit and reporting purposes.
- Monitor and track claim status to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in claims handling, specifically within Non-Motor insurance lines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, principles, and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive cases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with core insurance software systems.
- Certification in insurance (such as AAIK) is highly preferred.
