Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, verify, and evaluate health insurance claims according to policy terms and company SOP
- Investigate claim documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with policyholders, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders regarding claim status
- Ensure timely processing of claims while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and resolve claim discrepancies or potential fraud
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to improve claim processing efficiency
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in claims management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health insurance claims processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in insurance claim management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and compliance requirements
