Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for insurance operations? Pasar Polis Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated Claim Executive to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in our claims lifecycle, managing diverse portfolios including Agency, B2B2C, and B2C channels across various specialized lines such as Motor Vehicle (MV), Property, Cargo, Product Liability, and Heavy Equipment.
You will act as the primary point of contact for claim verification, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end claim processing for Agency, B2B2C, and B2C distribution channels.
- Analyze and evaluate claims across specialized segments, including MV, Property, Cargo, Product Liability, and Heavy Equipment.
- Conduct thorough investigations and site inspections when necessary to ensure claim validity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to expedite claim resolution timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of claim documentation and audit reports in compliance with company standards.
- Provide proactive communication and support to customers throughout the claim journey.
- Monitor and report on claim trends to identify potential risks and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in General Insurance.
- Strong technical knowledge of Motor Vehicle, Property, and Liability insurance products.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and insurance management information systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of claims under tight deadlines.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
