In this role, you will be the bridge between our policyholders and our commitment to excellence, ensuring that claims are processed accurately, fairly, and efficiently.
As a Claim Handler, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of motor vehicle insurance claims. You will be responsible for investigating incidents, verifying coverage, coordinating with workshops, and providing exceptional service to our clients during what is often a stressful time for them. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze incoming motor vehicle insurance claim reports for accuracy and policy coverage.
- Conduct thorough investigations into accident reports to determine liability and claim validity.
- Coordinate efficiently with vehicle repair workshops to monitor repair progress and quality.
- Communicate professionally with policyholders, providing clear updates and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Calculate claim settlements in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex disputes to the claims supervisor as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Insurance, Law, or Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in motor vehicle claims handling or a related insurance field.
- Strong understanding of motor vehicle insurance policies and claim settlement procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and insurance management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and customer service orientation.
