Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process motor insurance and extended warranty claims from start to finish accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate claim validity by reviewing policy terms, police reports, and technical assessments.
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties to ensure fair and cost-effective outcomes.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with authorized workshops and adjusters to ensure high-quality repairs and service delivery.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them to the investigative unit when necessary.
- Generate regular reports on claim status, processing times, and loss ratios for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of claim handling procedures and customer experience initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in claim handling, specifically within Motor Insurance or Extended Warranty.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian insurance regulations and motor vehicle technical specifications.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with insurance management software.
